Dear customer,

Following the announcements of Wednesday 28 October 2020, we remain committed to respecting the directives and recommendations of the public authorities in force in the fight against COVID-19.
Our Hotels remain open and adapt their opening hours. To find out the opening hours of the hotels, we invite you to visit the website of the hotel you are interested in.
We offer on-site catering to compensate for restaurant closures.
Our aim is to make your stay pleasant by complying with the new sanitary measures.

Catering offer:

  • Offered in the form of jars of the French brand "Vrai & Bon" to take away in your
    room.

  • If it is a hot preparation, it will be reheated by a member of the team, with mask and disposable or washable gloves to be removed in the breakfast room.

The client agrees to :

  • Respect all the instructions set up in the hotel.

  • Respect the physical distance in force.

  • To open the window when leaving the room.

  • Put the used linen in the bag provided for this purpose.

  • To leave your room card in the box provided for this purpose.

  • Prefer payment by credit card with the invoice sent by e-mail.

  • Only one person in the lift.

Our services in reception and common areas:

  • Hydroalcoholic gels are available to customers in the common areas.

  • Installation of Plexiglas at reception to ensure an effective barrier.

  • Reinforcement of cleaning and disinfection procedures at points of contact:
    door handles, switches, elevator buttons, door pushers, stair railings,
    receiving bank, etc. 5 times a day.

  • Systematic disinfection of room access cards.

  • Installation of distance signs and COVID 19 informations.

Rooms

  • Complete cleaning/disinfection of the entire bedroom, bathroom and toilet with products virucides.

  • A welcome kit will be given upon arrival.

  • During a stay of more than one night, the room will only be cleaned at the request of the client.

  • A set of clean linen is available every day on request.

  • Between each client, systematic change of all linen and welcome products put at your disposal. disposition, including unused items.

  • Each cleaned room will be checked by a member of our team. A certificate of
    name check will be placed on the room desk.

A reorganized breakfast and catering offer

  • Breakfast is offered in the form of a box to take away in your room or outside.

  • Breakfast is served in the dining room with a distance of one metre between each table. A clearly identified path is indicated as soon as you enter the room. In this area, it is compulsory to wear a mask whenever you move around and to use hydroalcoholic gel.
