Lac Léman, the biggest

At an altitude of 372 metres, the largest of the lakes of the Savoie Mont Blanc region is home to scenery that's reminiscent of the French Riviera. Linking France to Switzerland, it enjoys a pleasant temperate climate with plant life from the South of France. Its 53 km of French shoreline follows the undulations of le Bas Chablais and is home to two spa towns: Thonon-les-Bains and Evian-les-Bains.
